Where can I find a document that will have a hardware requirement for latest PUM image on Native OS

I am looking for a hardware requirement document for installing latest HCM & FSCM PUM images on a windows VM using Native OS. I need to submit a request based on that to procure a new VM.

Also, is it recommended to have a dedicated VM for HCM PUM using Native OS and FSCM PUM using Native OS ? It will help determine if I need to request one VM or two VMs.

Please let me know.
