Full build is failing for all BSFN and unable to download F00942T.h from F98780R on ENT(checkin)

Dear Team,

I am trying to build full package from dep server and getting below error for all BSFN.

Transferring business functions for DLL CINSTALL to server location.
spkgutil.c:8523 PKGUTL0134 ERROR: Failed to copy D:\JDEdwards\E910\packages\PYFULLF\checkin\source\b9698711.c to D:\JDEdwards\E910\packages\PYFULLF\source\CINSTALL\b9698711.c
-  spkgclnt.c:270 PKGCLT0033 ERROR: Failed to transfer file D:\JDEdwards\E910\packages\PYFULLF\checkin\source\b9698711.c to XXXX02(enterprise server). Error Error in file I/O

When i checked Dll error, it was referring to C1083 error for jde.pch and no such file or directory.
