Formatting issue with new MOS

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Look at KB631614 (Old Doc ID 2433412.1) and check out the formatting of the table. It looks absolutely horrid. I'm guessing other tables look the same. Did anyone test this new MOS before rolling it out???
