Oracle R12, Question regarding pay method split, net amount splitting by flat amt and percentage
In Oracle R12, we realized that we are having issues with the pay method split, where an employee wants to split their net amount paycheck, either by flat amounts going into different places or percentages or a combination of both. An example of the issue taking place is:
Employee receives 3000 in net payment.
For priority 1 in the payment method, it is taking out 2000 as a flat amount going to a specific bank acount.
For priority 2&3 in the payment method, it is taking a percentage of 20% and 80% respectively.
A) Ideally, we would like the percentages to be taken out after the first priority of 2000 gets taken out, so basically the leftover 1000(3000-2000) is used in the 20-80 split.
