Orchestration Rule doesn't take the true path

Hello,

I have followed the Using Files As Orchestration Input and Output OBE. After following all the steps now when I am testing the orchestration with the file upload, the Rule doesn't take the true path. I have followed the same Transformations for all the steps .

I have attached the orchestration zip file for reference.

Please guide.
