can we divide Migration phases for the enterprise version?

Need some advice. If users encounter issues with UAT (User Account Time) implementation,
can we divide Migration phases for the enterprise version?
Migration PCMCS on 2026
Migration EPBCS on 2027 but using cerrent vesion , so I can pay for 2 domains?
