What table is updated from the ap_sup_site_contact_int table

Hi

We have run the suppliers open interface process to update supplier contact details, when we go into the application we can the records have been updated. We are trying to extract the data via sql developer from the database and can see the the data in ap_sup_site_contact_int table. Should the open interface process then update the ap_suppliers_contact table??
