patch download corrupt

Question with regard to WebLogic Server 14.1.1.0.0

I'm trying to download Patch 38527687 and after repeated attempts ( from different machines and different networks), it always arrives corrupt. Please help.

(and yes, I know the next patch comes out Jan 20th, but I need these fixes now).

Also, on the www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cpuoct2025.html page, and on the resulting Knowledge Article page (2806740.2), this patch is listed as being for WLS 14.1.1.0.0. However, when I get to the actual download page, it just says its for 14.1.2.0. Please confirm this patch is indeed good for 14.1.1.0
