Unable to open HTML pages from FORMS after applying patch 37182828, R12.ATG_PF.C.delta.14: R12.ATG_P

Hi, is anyone experiencing this issue? After applying patch 37182828, R12.ATG_PF.C.delta.14: R12.ATG_P, We are getting errors when openning HTML pages from FORMS, we are getting error:

Unable to execute function. (params=syFXHti9acf6.2CR1j0LPcGEjCNAoD6E3rLMLs0m4ro)

We have logged an SR 2 months ago and the issue is still not resolved and I am just checking if anyone is experiencing the same.

My environment:

OS = IBM AIX 7.3,

DB = Oracle 19.28

EBS = R12.2.14
