Separate remittance advice program erroring out due to email delivery failure.

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

we had successfully setup ap separate remittance advice program to email the recipients after ach payment was made. However after upgrade to 12.2.14. This program is failing. The issue is occurring in java pkg

$JAVA_TOP/oracle/apps/iby/scheduler/SRAAndPayerNotif.class

this program is failing to derive the smtp host from the xdoconfig.cfg file. (getting null value instead of the value in config file)

we have version "$Header: SRAAndPayerNotif.java 120.55.12020000.9 2022/09/20 17:21:15 ashrevur ship

how to find out the latest version of this file?
