Apply Order Charges during "Entered" status

in Order Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

Working in EBS R12.2.9 instance

we have Freight/Special charges which needs to be applied to Order lines/headers

Usually these would be applied during booking event of sales orders, do we have any provision to apply "Charges" during order "Entered" status
