Requirement : Update or cascade ship to address on Line level address change

Solution : Tried achieving through API update using form personalization attached is the document.

Issue : the update or cascading multiple ship to address line on a single SAVE is not happening PFA. Do we have any other options to achieve this scenario using ORDER API.
