Unable to Reject the Cycle count entries in Recount status

in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

I'm trying to Reject the cycle count entries which are currently in Recount status. The tools menu does show me the option to select but after clicking the option the entries still show in the Recount status. What is the solution?
