After Tax Update 25D, facing issue with the process-TAX960US.sqr-Error-Unknown Box Identifier 14OT

When the user maps the earnings code, OVT or QOP in tax form definition (:navigation: Payroll for NA>US Annual processing>Define Annual Tax Reporting>TAX Form Definitions) and then runs the process TAX960US.sqr.It fails with the below error. Could someone please help or provide some insights on this on priority.
