where to we download wget file for any patch, with new oracle support interface

in Oracle Weblogic Server (MOSC) 3 comments

earlier we are get the wget file to download the any patch like jdk, OPatch, WebLogic etc. but after new interface of oracle support, i am not able to see wget file option any one help me on this ?
