JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0 is not working properly

Hi all,

I am using JDeveloper 12.2.1.3.0, in which I am trying to run a class in debug mode. Let's say the console looks like below

And when I click on Step Over like below

It is showing me a blank screen like below

Any help to resolve this issue is much appreciated, as It is effecting a lot

2) And second issue is the JDeveloper file search is not working properly. If I search by name inside a file by adding keyword in search box, it is showing me 0 results even though it is shown
