eBS R12.5.10 QA Coll plan diff saving Entering Quality Results vs Updating

We have many collection plans requiring users to manually input data. When users are creating a new collection plan entry 'entering quality results', they enter data into the plan which contains an “OK” button, which initiates a save of the record and closes out of the record. But, if the user goes back into the same collection plan to make an edit 'update quality results' to an existing record there is no “OK” button - the user is required to save the record (tool bar icon or hotkey), and then a second action to closeout of the collection
