W-2 Box 18 - Local taxable wages not including a negative amount

I have an employee who had a check issued 11/2024 for $700. It was reversed and reissued 1/2025. The tax balance record reflects the negative amount - the total is $1000. The $1000 is the taxable wage on the federal, state and local tax balance records. However, the W2 box 18 shows $1700. Is there somewhere that I can have the W-2 load process include the negative amount?
