how to install trace file analyzer on linux9 server(x86-64)

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

I have issues in applying OPatch 6880880 for Oracle 19c database. Multiple time I downloaded the patch and it says the OPatch is not complete and some files missing in it. On logging SR, Oracle support asked me to collect TFA logs and upload. I don't know how to install TFA on my system to collect trace file date.
