How to disable Components at Enterprise level in Siebel Cloud Manager greenfield deployment

Hi Team,

I successfully deployed Siebel CRM using SCM greenfield deployment option. I'm trying to disable Pager component in Comm Management Component group. I have tried updating server_edge.yaml file without any success. Could someone help me with this issue?

I would really appreciate any help.
