I have the following question whit EAM , OAT , PJ and FA?

I have an inventory item that is marked for asset tracking and asset creation. Once received in inventory, the instance is created in EAM, and I can subsequently transfer it to fixed assets from OAT by executing the corresponding processes. However, if I need to reference it to a project costing project before sending it to fixed assets, how can I do so that the actual costs are displayed directly in projects and then send it from OAT to fixed assets?
