Can Payee Contribution Limits be Updated on Existing Leave Donation Program Definition?
Us: Have GP & Absence Management but use Payroll for NA for payroll
Our existing (Medical) Leave Donation Pool program definition has payee contribution minimum of 8 hours. HR policy requires this to be changed for part-time employees with less than 1 FTE so that they can be enrolled to the program with a prorated contribution. Everything I have read says the existing program cannot be modified but must be inactivated in favor of a newly created program with the updated contribution limits. Can someone confirm this? Has anyone had to inactivate an existing Leave Donation Program with enrolled participants and create a new Leave Donation Program?
