How to underline a linked sentence on an Oracle career site

Hello everyone,

I am facing the following issue with editting a sentence on the career site, when applying for a job and I am hoping someone can help me with this.

The customer would like a specific sentence on the career site to be displayed underlined, as shown in the attached screenshot. The sentence is “Do you want to communicate by phone instead?”
This sentence contains a link that allows a candidate to enter a phone number instead of an email address. The customer would like to underline this text to make this option clearer.
