How we can Remove Unused Languages and records from _TL tables of Inventory schema ?

Currently , our system supports below 10 languages
(CZECH
GERMAN
LATIN AMERICAN SPANISH
FRENCH
POLISH
BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE
THAI
AMERICAN
SIMPLIFIED CHINESE
TRADITIONAL CHINESE).

This means that every item we have in our system will have 10 entries in the MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_TL table. And every time there is an update or insert, this many operations happen.

Most of these languages provide us no business benefit.

so our expectation is Other than base language , can we delete records of other 9 languages from _TL tables and in future we do not want to insert records while ITEM MASTER ?
