Payroll for North America data archive?

For HCM 9.2, Payroll for North America, my organization has used a third party tool (Optim) for archiving payroll data. Our functional process has been to: 1. Create an archive (in Optim, this would be a file containing the data) 2. Use the Optim tool to restore that data to a separate, 'Archive' database (not the operational database) 3. The Optim tool would then purge the data from the Operational database. Essentially, we pull data out of the operational database and move it to the Archive database. We use a database link between our operational
