Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

MOS is horrible

As a long time user of the traditional MOS, this new portal is horrible. I spend countless hours looking for information that used to be at my finger tips. Last week I spent 2 hours looking for Update center.

You have removed any user friendly feature, bookmarks, access to see ticket information more clearly, ability to save a knowledge document or print it, ESUs. Everything that was "FRIENDLY & FAMILIAR" about MOS is gone.

ALL OF IT IS GONE .. I find google a lot easier to digest then this MOS mess.
