Some absences are not coming to Payable Time

in Global Payroll and Absence Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 comment

We are on HCM 9.2 and PUM42.

Some absences are not coming over to Payable time - this started happening this month (Jan 2026). After research, we see that these absences have the PI_ACTION_TYPE set to 'N' (Do not process). In the recent payroll, about 1000 rows in PS_GP_PI_GEN_DATA had the PI_ACTION_TYPE set to N after GP_PAYE ran. And that number increased to about 3000 rows after GP_ABS_NARUN finished.

Just wanted to put the question out incase anyone else have experienced this - what could be the reason, or what processes can update the PI_ACTION_TYPE = N? Any inputs would be helpful! Thank you.
