One-off bug fix patch for AR_CREDIT_MEMO_API_PUB.CREATE_REQUEST ERRORS FOR $0 AMOUNT LINE

Hi!,

We are currently on R12.2.9 version of Oracle EBS. Oracle support has recommended us to apply patch#32524604 for one of the issue we are facing with creation of CM through API. There are multiple bugs that are fixed as part of the patch and I am wondering if there is a one-off patch that would just fix the issue at hand with the creation of the CM for $0 amount line.
