Autoupgrade Download 19.30 DBRP broken?

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) Question

I try to download patches with autougrade.
upg1.patch=RU:19.30,OPATCH,OJVM:19.30,DPBP

Connected to MOS - Searching for specified patches

There were conditions found preventing AutoUpgrade Patching from successfully running

*Downloading Oracle Patch files
Cannot find the DPBP patch

Manual Download of DBRP 19.30 p38844733_1930000DBRU_Generic.zip via MOS is possible.

Similar Issue for OCW

upg1.patch=RU:19.30,OPATCH,OJVM:19.30,OCW

*Downloading Oracle Patch files
Query for the Oracle Clusterware (OCW) patch for RU 19.30 resulted in none found for the job with prefix upg1

autoupgrade build.version 25.6.251016
Source DB is 19.29
Oracle Linux Server release 9.7
