Do we enter the “Sec 414(v)7 Special Limits Earnings Threshold” of $150000 for Limit Type 415(c)?

Do we need to enter the “Sec 414(v)7 Special Limits Earnings Threshold” of $150000 for Limit Type 415(c)?

I know we must enter the $150000 Threshold for Limit for Type 402(g) as per PS instructions but we wanted to get clarification on the 415(c).
