When will we get new release of patch 17537119 - EBS 12.2 TECHNOLOGY CODELEVEL CHECKER (ETCC)

Hi

For CPU OCT 2025 there were no entries for Middle Tier patches, but week later there was a new release of ETCC which added some new patches.
It's inconvenient to have this patch updated so late (7-8 days after CPU release)
My question is when will this patch (17537119) be updated?
