Unable to download CPU January 2026 files

Document Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) January 2026 for PeopleSoft Enterprise PeopleTools and Applications contains links to 3 pdf-documents (PeopleTools, FSCM and HCM). (https://support.oracle.com/support/?anchorId=&documentId=CPU47&page=sptemplate&sptemplate=km-article)

When trying to download a file, nothing happens. In browser console I can see message:
