How does Oracle cost iReceivables license and yearly cost

Hello Oracle EBS Community Members,

I need you help in understanding the criteria used by Oracle to license Oracle iReceivables module? Is it by customers or Transactions? Is there a way to get definite and correct answer to this. Any help or guidance will be appreciated. CLient is requesting for this information as they are contemplating implementing Oracle iReceivables and wanted clarity on the license and operational costs included with this product.
