Restarting life event in progress can trigger security exception
Similar to KB158747, on some rare occasion employees are unable to access a life event in progress. They receive security exception message on click of the life event in progress. Oracle's answer to resolve this is to delete the instance. This does work, but the user must restart the life event.
We are on PUM 50 and have taken advantage of the feature for Ben Admin to close a life event activity guide. This is a wonderful tool and works great most of the time. However, we have found sometimes on the manage instance tile the instance becomes attached also to the Ben Admin who accesses their template. This causes a security exception for both the user and the Admin. Due to this, both users are no longer able to complete a life event unless this instance is deleted. We have attempted but have not
