Peoplesoft 9.2 W-2 PDF form for 2025 retired/terminated employees are missing in W-2 Print file

Peoplesoft HCM 9.2

Installed PUM: PUM53, TAX Update: 25_CD_PRP_SECURE 2.0

Employees who are terminated/retired in 2025 with no consent received. Print paper forms only, but when we run to create W-2 forms (

W-2 for US - PYYEW2 ) for 2025. These terminated/retired employees are not included in the W-2 print file. Is there any reason/setup to prevent excluding the term/retiree employees? Thanks in advance.
