You must specify a valid subinventory in ORACLE EBS while creatin BILL using BOM API

please let us why this is error we are getting.

we dont have any restricted subinventory item and we dont provide any supply suniventory and locatores.

but still we are getting this error. please let me know th error details. and solution.
