Professional Tax for Feb 2026 Karnataka _India

The Karnataka Professional Taxes Department advisory note highlights a key compliance requirement for employers:

remitting ₹300 per employee as profession tax for February 2026 (only) under the 2025 amendment.

  • Standard Rate: ₹200 per month for employees earning ₹25,000 or more, covering Serial No. 1 in the Act’s Schedule.​
  • February Exception: ₹300 specifically for February 2026, as per the advisory.

Please let us know is Oracle going to release any Patch for the same.
