Oracle 19c 30

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 6 commentsAnswered

Hi,

I did update two of our 19c 29 database to 19.30 and day later Oracle came with KB867473. As we don't have RAC of Standby databases I'm wondering if it is needed to install update 38854064 in order to fix bug 34352668.
