ORACLE 19c standalone database - What are the option to make copy of a 35TB database on daily basis

We have 35 TB database which gets copied from production to development environment on the daily basis using RMAN active duplication. It is very slow and takes forever to complete. Our customers are very unhappy. There is no external network involved in this. Both servers are in the same subnet. Per longOPS query the transmission rate is very slow. What other options ORACLE has to support data copy from Prod to Dev environment? Please advise.
