Friday Challenge - Change Called from Based in received SIP code

I am not expecting a positive responce, but hear goes.
We have a situation where a certain country sometimes blocks our main numbers when we call out to them. All other numbers in our ranges go through.
The challenge is:
If we dial out and receive a SIP 480 or 403 back from the destination, is there a way to automatically retry by changing the called from number,
eg:
Call from 123-0000 receives SIP 480
Call from 123-0001 call completes.

We already have a method to semi-randomly change the number, but that needs to be set permanently.
I would prefer our 0000 number is presented and only chnage on failure (without me manually changing it during the blocking period)
