F0902 getting a new record for every WO every year

Hello,

We are using JDE 9.2 (Rel 24, TR 9.2.8). I have discovered that when the Annual Close job is run, it is creating records for the new fiscal year for each work order we have completed in the past. Our F0902 is over 133M recs and 60GBs of disk space. I have 2 questions which I will post, but one may not be answered by this group.

  • How do we prevent Annual Close from creating unneeded records on inventory absorption for subledgers that do not need to go forward?
  • How do we identify and remove previously created records from this scenario?
