Using Inventory "Issue to WO" from the Mobile Technician My Tasks Materials page

We are trying to implement using Mobile Technician menus/pages. On the My Task / Materials page, there is a option to use "Issue to WO". However, this option is grayed out. We can issue to the work orders using the classic Maintenance Mgmt menu/page (see below). Is there set up we must do in particular to enable running a pick plan and issuing inventory to a work order using the Mobile Technician/My Tasks/ Materials page - "Issue to WO" option?
