What is the Tomcat version and Java version included with Siebel IP 26.1 ? Any known issues with 26.1 ip upgrade ?

We are planning to upgrade Siebel IP to obtain the latest functional enhancements, updated Java version, and the newest Tomcat release. This upgrade will help us address existing security vulnerabilities, ensure platform compatibility, and maintain compliance with current security standards
