New support site unlinked my Admin account

So, I work for a university and have had to use this peice of trash that is getting worse by the year, for nearly two decades. I have gone from a junior admin, to well, the controller of our university account. Allowing me to download patches, submit CR's and that sort of thing. However, in the latest downgrade to the system we were forced to "re-register" and now, my account isn't linked with anything. I realise, I will probably have to contact our purchasing officer, but FFS! why would you do this? It is not like the Purchasing officer knows
