Is it mandatory to set up DMAAI 4320 for RSS type purchase requisition?

Hi All

In JDE 9.2.5, Is it mandatory to have setup of DMAAI 4320 for RSS type purchase requisitions where the generated PO goes through receipt process i.e. 3-way voucher match?

For PO receipt, both P4312 (PO based receipt) and P43E20 (PR based receipt) are used in my system
