How to setup Siebel Mobile App in iOs

Hi, We would like to configure and setup siebel mobile app in iOs. We have downloaded the Siebel App from the Apple Store. But our application is Loyalty Application.

Does the mobile App is allowed to confgire for Loyalty App? What are the settings to be done in SMC? I could not find any icon for Loyalty application. Also applicable for Non ENU applications ?
