Applying Patch32 38111211 and Patch64 38111211 with JVM patch 38194382 is failing

Hello All,

I am currently working on Oracle Patch Integration task. While applying Patch32 38111211 and

Patch64 38111211 with JVM patch 38194382 is failing .

First I tried with OPatch version 12.2.0.1.49 and got below error :

GetPatchInfo: found valid result OPatch cannot continue because it would not be able to load OUI platform dependent library from the directory "C:\oracle\product\190~1.0\db_1\oui\lib\win32". The directory does not exist in the Oracle home.
GetPatchInfo: found valid result This could be due to the following reasons.
GetPatchInfo: found valid result (1) Incompatible usage of java with OUI (32/64 bit).
GetPatchInfo: found valid result (2) Wrong 32-bit Oracle Home installation in 64-bit environment (or) vice-versa.
