How can a programmatically Open, Close or Pending Close a project period?

Hi

Is there any known way to open, close or set pending close a project period via SQL/API or concurrent request?

I've seen no known way yet.

Currently on Oracle ERP 12.2.10 and moving to 12.2.15 sometime in the next 6 months.
