When we create a supplier as an employee in Oracle R12.2.2, the Contact Directory form disappears.
When a supplier is created as an employee in Oracle R12.2.2, the Contact Directory form is no longer available or visible in the system. As a result, we are unable to update the supplier’s contact details through the standard Contact Directory form. Could you please advise how the contact directory information can be updated for suppliers created as employees, and which form or navigation should be used to maintain these contact details?
