Oracle EBS 12.2.9: France B2B E-Invoicing, Will Oracle be a 'Certified Service Provider' ?

Hi,

I understand Oracle will be releasing patches for enabling E-Invoicing for France as per the government mandate.

I have reviewed below note from Oracle

E-Business Suite R12: France B2B Electronic Invoicing, September 2026 (Doc ID 2928702.1)

Note says all transactions must go through certified Approved Platforms (PA, formerly Partner dematerialization platforms or PDP), also known as “Certified Service Providers” in PEPPOL terminology.

Can you please confirm if oracle is planning to be a 'Certified Service Provider'? If not, do you suggest any 'Certified Service Provider' where oracle has integrations available.
